Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP)
Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) is offered in lieu of a traditional security deposit. For $70.00, you may purchase a VRDP plan that provides coverage for unintentional damage to the rental property up to $3,000 during your stay. Please note that the plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in.

Guests are responsible for any damages exceeding the policy limit or for damages not covered by the VRDP. For complete coverage details, please refer to G-20VRD.pdf.

If you choose not to purchase VRDP, a Security Deposit equal to the rental amount or $3,000 (whichever is less) will be required.
